Our students are learning about Asian American Heritage during AAPI month as they explore what the library has in store this month. Each month our library activities revolve around the monthly theme to keep our space fresh and fun!

Our makerspace features "brain break" activities to practice hands-on critical thinking skills, fine motor skills, and creativity. This month, students can make their own cherry blossom tree using tissue paper.

Each month we feature a book display of titles on our library shelves, and this month we are highlighting our favorite books thatcelebrate AAPI stories, authors, and characters!
Books of the Week
The library features a "book of the week" based on the theme of Pope Leo's prayer intention for the month. This month, we pray tfor food security for all peoples so we are highlighting books from our collection that revolve around the importance of food. Students can tune in to Bishop's TV to hear about a new book each week!
