This Professional Development Calendar is specifically for events/courses offered by the Mission and Identity Directorate. Other Directorates will communicate their Professional Development offerings through their preferred communication channels.

Each event is coordinated by a member of the Mission & Identity Directorate. Please contact the person listed under the event that you wish to enquire about.

Each event/course will have it's own funding arrangements, please see the funding details listed under the description for the event/course

If there is an important Professional Development opportunity that Mission & Identity can support, but is not in this calendar, please email mi@syd.catholic.edu.au. We will forward your request to the most appropriate team member.

Each course description conatins the appropriate registration details. Some are though PHRIS, and others may require an email be sent to the event coordinator

Please use the search function to search for your event/course. Please keep the search terms simple, in order to maximise the results. e.g. Religious Education or Youth Ministry. If you still can't find what you are after, please email mi@syd.catholic.edu.au your enquiry.

Each event/course has its own guidelines, listed in the event details. It is important that participants contact the event coordinator as soon as they become aware of any attendance concerns. Some events may require payment if participants withdraw within 7 days of the event, due to deposits that the Mission & identity Directorate have to pay to secure venues, catering and accomodation. Please see the event listing for specific details.
