The Mac Doctor is available in Jarnosse before school, during recess and at lunch time. You're welcome to visit with questions and issues related to your MSCW MacBook.

The Mac Doctor will try to fix minor problems on the spot, however some issues are more complicated or hardware may need to be repaired. When this is the case you will be requested to backup your device and hand it in for repair. During the repair period you will be provided a short term loan (STL) device for your use.

At times our Mac Doctor staff are required elsewhere in the College. If no one is available at the Mac Doctor Desk you will need to return at the next available time.
