Week 1

Hello and welcome to Technology Class!

You will be having Technology Class once each 6-day school cycle.

Since this is our first week of lessons, our target for today is: Get to Know Your Teacher, Basic Google Classroom Navigation, and "I Can Do Anything!".

Today in class we will cover the following:

1. Seating Assignments: Today you will be assigned a seat and a computer station. To help you remember where you sit there is a yellow card on the top right hand corner of your computer monitor. Please try to remember the number so that you can find your seat the next time you visit Technology Class. You will be expected to sit in your regular seat unless directed by the teacher to change it.

2. Teacher Introduction & "What is Technology" Discussion

3. Expectations of Class and How to Access Lessons & Materials

4. Developing a "Growth Mindset"

3. Now, watch the video: Goal Setting Growth Mindset~this is a fun song to remind you that you can do anything you put your mind to if are willing to work hard.
