Welcome to Mr. Ortega's fifth grade website for students and parents of Harker Elementary School.  The purpose of this website is to keep parents updated on our accomplishments throughout the year as well as share important information about our classroom.  It is also a link to websites for extra practice in many content areas.

Announcements

Please fill out the first form in the Parent Portal if you have not done so already.  This form allows me to learn a little more about your child and receive any information you feel might be important.  I have also included a supplies list for the first few days of school.  The list is divided up into "Need" and "Optional".  Feel free to look at the FAQ page or reach out to me with any questions that you may have.  I look forward to working with you this year!
