My name is Makenna Marucci and I am so excited to be your child's kindergarten teacher! Our school year will be filled with a lot of learning, fun, and growing! I can't wait to get to know your child and your family this year. We are gonna have the BEST year together!

I graduated from Rowan University in 2022, receiving a Bachelor's degree in K-6 Elementary Education, with an endorsement in 5-8 Social Studies Education. Teaching has been my calling for as long as I can remember!

 I completed my student teaching right here in Swedesboro-Woolwich School District at Stratton in 2nd grade. I loved SWSD so much that I came back to teach here! This will be my 4th year teaching kindergarten at Clifford. Kindergarten is the MOST magical year, and it is so rewarding to see how much my students learn and grow!

I'm from Mullica Hill, NJ. I am the youngest of 3 siblings. I also have 2 nephews- "Aunt Kenna" is my favorite title! I have a sweet dog named Jagger. I love to spend my summers in Wildwood Crest, NJ. When I am not busy teaching I enjoy reading, exercising, baking gluten free sweets, watching Philadelphia sports teams, and spending time with my friends and family.
