For students and staff. Clever is the single sign-on portal you use to open learning apps. Most sign-in problems come from using the wrong sign-in button or an old browser session. Start with the checks below. Missing apps are usually a sync issue our team can fix.
Use the right sign-in button. Open Clever from the link your school provides and choose the button for your school account (Log in with Google or Log in with Microsoft). Do not create a separate Clever password.
Sign out of personal accounts. If Clever opens the wrong account, sign out of any personal Google or Microsoft accounts in the browser, or open a new Incognito or InPrivate window, then sign in again with your school account.
Clear the browser cache. Old cookies can keep sending you to an error page. See Clear Browser Cache.

New student or class change: app access syncs from the student information system and can take some time to update after enrollment or schedule changes. See New Student Missing in Apps.
App opens with an error: close the app tab, go back to Clever, and launch the app again from its tile.
App disappeared for the whole class: vendors sometimes change how their app connects to Clever. Submit a ticket so we can check the connection.
