Check the printer itself. Make sure it is on, then look at its screen for a paper jam, an empty tray, or a low toner message.
Confirm the right printer is selected. In the print window, check that the printer name matches the printer you are standing at. If you moved rooms or buildings, your default printer may still be the old one.
Clear stuck jobs. Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners, select your printer, choose Open print queue, and cancel any stuck documents. Then print again.
Restart your computer. This clears most print spooler problems.
Re-add the printer. Add it again from the PrinterLogic self-service portal. See Add a Printer for step-by-step instructions.
Check with a coworker. If nobody can print to that printer, the printer itself likely needs service. Submit a ticket instead of re-adding it.
Submit a ticket with the printer name or room number.
Include any error on the printer screen.
