$50 for one referral
$75 for two referrals
$100 for three or more referrals
Applicants and current employees are eligible to participate in the Referral Program. You and the person you refer must become an employee in Summer 2023 and work for a minimum of 50 hours. The referral incentive will be awarded if all conditions below are met:
Referred candidate cannot be a current CELTS employee
All referrals must be submitted to Human Resources via the online Friends & Family Candidate Referral Form
All mandatory fields on the Friends & Family Candidate Referral Form must be completed – incomplete referral forms and/or information may result in a denial of the referral
Candidates may be referred only once, by one person and can not have worked for CELTS in the past
Referred candidates must successfully pass the job interview, receive a job offer, Pass the background check, finish all required certifications & training, and work during the Summer of 2023 meeting the hour’s requirements. The referral incentive will not be awarded, if a candidate terminates his/her employment at any time during the said time frame.
Both must begin work on or before August 18, 2023. The incentive will not be awarded if any of the required conditions are not met.
The referral incentives shall be paid on the next pay date after the referred employee meets hours eligibility requirements.
