The Schedule Planner is a tool for sharing teaching schedules between Consulting and Participating Teachers, which can help them coordinate meeting times and other support. 

The Triad Meeting Agenda is a tool to structure the meeting time between Participating Teacher, Consulting Teacher, and Administrator. The purpose of this Triad meeting is to clarify roles, create a professional goal for the Participating Teacher, and make a plan for their support.

The Consulting Teacher Contact Log is where Consulting Teachers will document their time spent supporting the Participating Teacher. Consulting Teachers will submit this form to the website monthly by the payroll due dates.
