Option 1: Physical Pick Up

• Approved Guardians/Family Members may come to our attendance window to pick up the student.

Option 2: Email:olh.attendance@sweetwaterschools.org

The following information MUST be included in the email:

• Student Last and First Name

• Student ID #

• Date of early release

• Time of early release

• Reason for leaving

• Will student be returning to campus? ( YES --> Return time)

• Attach photo ID 

NOTE:

•  All email requests must be made 2 hours prior to check out

• No Off Campus slips for students after 3:20 PM
