Class assignments and projects can be found in each student's Google Classroom P.E. folder. See the links below for more information on finding assignments and how to turn them in. Click HERE for a tutorial on how to access the Google Classroom folder.
Students are expected to follow the assignment, complete it to the best of his/ her ability, and turn it in each week. There are 9 assignments per term, one each week. Assignments should take around 30 minutes for Kindergarten and 1st grade, and around 40-50 minutes for 2nd- 4th grades.
To experiment with a variety of familiar and unfamiliar fitness activities.
To practice and refine hand/eye coordination as well as other fine and gross motor skills.
During online learning, my expectations for STUDENTS are:
To check your Google Classroom P.E. folder every week for new information and projects.
To TRY each project with an open mind and heart, and know that Mr. Needham is available to help and rooting for your success
During online, my expectations for MR. NEEDHAM are:
To check in to all of my 25 Google Classrooms at least once a day.
To respond to posts and email with 24 hours. (Please keep in mind that I have care of 500 students-- I do my best.)
To assign PE projects that are interesting, inspiring, and DOABLE from home.
