2025 Summer Conditioning Schedule
Summer Conditioning Dates
Voluntary Conditioning will be held on the following Mondays & Fridays in June and July:
JUNE: 9, 13,16,20,30
JULY: 4, 7, 11, 14, 18, 21, 25, 28
Mondays will be at Darby Creek Metro Park (Indian Ridge Area)
Fast Fridays will meet at GCHS Track
Where? Two Locations:
Darby Creek Metro Park (Indian Ridge Area)

During the school year: XC Practice is held Monday thru Friday.

Meets are typically on Saturdays and the occasional Wednesday. On Sundays, runners should be completing a long run 60+ minutes independently or with a small group.
