Voluntary Conditioning will be held on the following Mondays & Fridays in June and July:
JUNE: 9, 13,16, 30
JULY: 4, 7, 11, 14, 18, 21, 25, 28
OFFICIAL MANDATORY PRACTICE BEGINS Friday AUGUST 1st!!
