High School Partners are asked to request courses for the upcoming academic year in October of the previous academic year.
Course requests can be submitted via the CCAP Course Request form.
Please consider the following when requesting courses:
M-TH courses are easier to staff as there is more Faculty availability
Courses less than 1.5 hours are a challenge:
Meeting minimum instructional hours
Staffing schedules
Courses are scheduled around SWC and Partner High Schools’ days off
Early morning (7am) courses are difficult to staff
Last-minute requests
Positive Attendance (not a consistent schedule)
