Clubs 

There is a student-led Maths society at Borlase.  Because MathsSoc sounded too predictable, it is called Pete's Bar and Grill.  Jed Thorpe (2018) apparently knows why!

At Pete's Bar and Grill, students have the chance to explore Maths beyond the curriculum as well as look at how real-world applications of Maths can challenge, surprise and astound.

There is also a  thriving KS3 Maths Club, which is a lively and fun maths club, run by enthusiastic and energetic sixth formers.

Students also enter competitions such as the National Maths Challenge and British Maths Olympiad.  We have a great record of success in these competitions.
