Class 2024 SHS Scholarship Process

Please see the Class 2024 SHS Scholarship Application Checklist for the list of scholarships and detailed instructions on how to apply. These scholarships are only for Swampscott High School seniors and the recipients will be announced at graduation. 

The deadline to submit all applications is February 26, 2024.

Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School (ENSATS) and Swampscott High School offer a partnership program, "After Dark", to SHS students. This is an amazing opportunity for SHS students to study a vocational program while taking core academic classes at SHS. Interested students may apply to attend ENSATS for career technical & agricultural education during their junior and senior years and have the opportunity to earn 900+  Chapter 74 instructional hours and industry recognized credentials. 

Five Career Technical Education Programs are being offered to Partnership Students. Each is aligned to Massachusetts CVTE Frameworks for the 24-25 school year:

**Cooperative Education (Grade 12) Students who are in good standing may leave campus to work in paid positions in their fields beginning in February of their senior year.

Maryanne Gearin from ENSATS visited SHS on January 24, 2024 to present information about the program to all 10th graders in the Class of 2026. The slides from the presentation are above.
