We have a school council group that meets once a term with the Head of School, to discuss things that are working well in the school and things that we could improve on. Each class from year 3 - 6 is represented by a school council member and information shared in the meeting is taken back to the classroom to discuss.
As well as a school council, we have a team of Anti bullying ambassadors. This team meet once a term with our Deputy Headteacher to discuss bullying and being kind to one another. This group have led assemblies to children and parents and represent each class outside at playtimes and lunchtimes. We actively engage in national anti bullying week and call it Friendship week.
We firmly believe that pupil voice is very important and a key aspect to support the school in moving forward.
