Sinarmas World Academy proudly congratulates Tristan for achieving the Gold Award and the IYSA Special Award at the Jakarta International Science Fair (JISF) 2026, held at i3L University - Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences.
Tristan’s research project, titled “Solaire: Comparative Performance of Anthocyanin-Based Natural Dyes in Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC) for Semi-Transparent Solar Applications,” explored the use of natural dyes from blueberry, purple sweet potato, and purple cabbage to develop more sustainable solar cell technology for future semi-transparent solar applications.
This achievement reflects Tristan’s strong scientific curiosity, creativity, and commitment to sustainability. His work connects chemistry, physics, renewable energy, and real-world urban challenges, showing how student innovation can contribute meaningful ideas toward a greener future.
Congratulations to Tristan on this outstanding achievement. SWA is proud of his hard work, innovation, and dedication to scientific exploration.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Written by Ms. Ria
SWA once again held a meaningful CSR activity by inviting children from Orphanage Abhimata Mitrasamaya, Bintaro for a joyful day filled with fun, learning, and togetherness. The children enjoyed various activities such as interactive games, playing at the playground, and creating beautiful decorations from dried leaves (hiasan dari daun kering). The event was closed with a warm lunch together, creating happy memories for everyone involved.
The activities became even more lively and exciting with the support of EY teachers, Ms. Yuyun and Ms. Grace, who helped lead the games and engage the children throughout the day. The CSR Committee would also like to thank all parties who contributed and supported the event, making the activity run smoothly and successfully.
As part of the CSR initiative, each child received a goody bag containing personal care kits. In addition, SWA also provided sembako packages including rice, Indomie, and eggs for them to bring home.
The children’s happiness was truly heartwarming. Some of them even said, “Please invite us again some other time; we had a really good time today.” Their smiles and kind words became a meaningful reminder of the positive impact of sharing care and kindness with others.
