Each student will need to fill out an individual form so that we can ask each student important questions. Students are also required to complete a waiver regarding photography and media portrayal of students. For example, if you are a team of 3, we should see 3 forms from your team, one per team member.

After March 3, teachers/coaches will enter team information into the team registration form (shared to them directly). Teams must consist of at least 2 students and maximum 4 students. This will include team name, team members and the division the team will participate in.
