EXPECTATIONS

 1)          Respect- It is both my own, and the school's expectation that you will be a respectful person in class, in the school and outside of school. You will treat all others with dignity, and I will ensure that while you are in my room you will be treated the same both by myself and your classmates.

2)         Cooperation- We will use groups for assignments, projects and for in-class activities very often. In order to do so, you must do your best to cooperate with your peers and myself. If you don’t like something, please refer to rule 1 and respectfully resolve the situation.

3)        Organization- All work is to be submitted on time. I understand circumstances may arise which could prevent this, so if they do please CONTACT ME ahead of time. All work handed in after the due date will have its grade deducted 20% of the possible points.

 Classroom Policies

Classroom rules will abide by and follow all school rules and codes of conduct. Please see student handbook for more information

RESPECT ALL PEOPLE IN THE CLASSROOM- Plain and simple one here, just be nice. Be nice to your classmates, be nice to me, and be nice to yourself. If we all help each other it will make the school year so much easier and enjoyable!

NO PHONES- Phones should be put away (in a pocket or bag) as soon as you walk through the door, and will remain there until the class is dismissed. If there is an emergency situation that requires you to have/use a phone, please let me know before class begins.

Consequences:

First Offense: Phone will stay with me for the remainder of the school day, a call home will be made

All future offenses: Phone will be sent to the office and a disciplinary write up will be completed.
