Our vision is that we provide our pupils and students opportunities to form or transform their futures. When we talk of transforming, we mean that some children have barriers to their learning and wider achievement, and, therefore, it is incumbent on us to redress the balances; to ensure everyone is included and that there is equitable opportunity for all. In doing so, our vision is that every child can realise a future that is personally fulfilled and that in turn benefits the wider society through their responsible contributions.
