Our Growth

We want to have the best of all worlds for our acdemies and their children! We want them to feel part of a close-knit family of schools in a geographically based cluster of schools that they can draw strength, support and challenge from, whilst having the benefit of an 'extended family' in the form of the entire Trust. Therefore, we are seeking to grow in clusters across West Sussex. There are no plans to become one of the larger academy Trusts, some of which have 50 or 100 or more academies. We envisage 3 or 4 clusters with, say, 4 or 5 schools in each. We anticipate our secondary academies will always work across all clusters.
