PGCertHE

Achieving HEA Fellowship via the Completion of accredited programmes.

Recognition of your expertise:

Advance HE accredits institutional programmes (programmes and continuing professional development schemes/frameworks) against each of the 4 Descriptors.

The PGCertHE at Sussex is a 60-credit level 7 course, taken part-time, and allows permanent staff in teaching roles to continue their professional development and gain a professional teaching qualification. It is accredited by the Higher Education Academy, and successful completion of the PGCertHE gains you Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.

If you are exempt from the 15-credit Autumn semester 'Fundamentals of Teaching & Learning in HE' do join the FHEA group and begin thinking about selecting evidence for your reflective account and broadening your reading before the Spring semester begins.
