Group 2 - BALEAP TEAP Fellowship scheme Fellow

BALEAP TEAP Fellow

Recognition of your expertise:

The TEAP Scheme is an individual accreditation scheme that encourages and recognises the continuing professional development of individual BALEAP members. As an experienced TEAP practitioner with substantive teaching and student support responsibilities you will work towards successful completion of a portfolio of evidence covering the Fellow competencies in all TEAP framework units.

Why do participants in the scheme recommend it?

‘The need to evidence the competencies has made me realise how many varied skills are involved in being an EAP professional’

Bella Ruth Reichard, Fellow

‘Creating a portfolio of evidence was an extremely rewarding process that allowed me to take stock of my current practices and identify areas of expertise. It is also a very practical roadmap, as I now have a much clearer ideas of the next stage of my professional development’

Walter Nowlan, Fellow
