Rural Band Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)
RURALBAND is proud to participate in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) to help ensure households have access to the high-speed connection they need. ACP is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that provides a monthly discount on internet services for qualifying low-income households. If a household is eligible, they can receive:
Up to a $30/month discount on your internet service
Up to a $75/month discount if your household is on qualifying Tribal lands.
Here are the ways your household can qualify for ACP:
Your income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.
OR
Your household participates in assistance programs such as:
Lifeline
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
Medicaid
Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch or Breakfast (2019-20, 2020-21, or 2021-2022 school year)
Federal Pell Grant (current award year)
