Is Hāpara a Chromebook monitoring tool?

Hāpara does have a Chromebook monitoring tool called Highlights–and so much more. Highlights provides teachers with functionalities that encourage digital citizenship. 

Important:

If a student logs into his or her Surry issued google account on a personal computer, the teacher or administrator can view and see what the student sees, searches or completes on that personal computer.
