The award winning East Surry High School Bands are proud to announce the return of the East Surry Marching Band Invitational (ESMBI) on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

Each year we invite over 120 bands in North Carolina and Virginia to participate in the East Surry Invitational.  In the past, participants have been from as close as Mount Airy, North Surry, Surry Central, West Stokes, and North Stokes and as far away as Northwest Guilford, NC and John Battle, VA.  We look forward to again hosting high school marching bands from across the region on the East Surry High School campus!

For this year’s event to be a success, we need your help!  We are asking for event sponsors.  In return for your donation, your business’ name can be featured in our program.  There are several options to choose from that can accommodate a variety of price points.  Sponsorships are available for program advertisements and trophies.  Please see the charts below for detailed information.  All sponsors will be listed in our Holiday (December) and Spring (May/June) Concert programs.  This way your sponsorship lasts all year! 

Submitting Your Order  

To submit your order, complete the attached Band Sponsorship Order Form and return it the East Surry Bands.  Ad copy can be submitted electronically by emailing files to tricem@surry.k12.nc.us. Payments may be submitted by cash, check, or Venmo, see the order form for more info.  

Please submit all materials by September 12, 2025.
