The purpose of this evaluation is to see how effective the peer tutoring program is. Furthermore, it is a good opportunity to assess what strategies and components of the program work well, and which components need further attention. If students are enrolled in the program, is there a notable difference in their academic achievement? Is this difference evidence across courses (for students who are struggling in more than one subject area)? It would also be interesting to analyze the strategies implemented by the individual teachers to see whether or not those also had an impact on the success or failure of the peer tutoring program.
