To ensure data privacy, we are committed to removing personally identifiable information (PII) from the data we use. Additionally, we will securely store data, limit access to authorized personnel only, and establish clear guidelines for how long data will be retained before it is safely deleted. This comprehensive data management strategy will help protect everyone's information and maintain privacy standards. PII includes details like names, addresses, or social security numbers that can identify someone. This means we will continuously work to remove any personal information to ensure no one can be identified. We expect all our staff to follow these practices to keep everyone's information safe.
