Steps for iLearn PD Requests

Step 1 - My Portfolio

  • Log Into Strive.
  • Click My Professional Learning.
  • Click the Portfolio Option.
  • Select My Portfolio.
  • Click Add New Portfolio Entry.

Step 2 - Entry Type

  • Select the options for what type of portfolio entry (If you are entering for iLearn, you will select Outside workshop/conference or OTHER)
  • Click NEXT

Step 3 - Basic Entry Information

  • Enter the PD details including Title, Description, Start and End and Times. Scroll down and fill out completely!
  • Click NEXT

Step 4 - Credit Type

  • Enter the number in credit hours for the appropriate category.
  • Click Next

Step 5 - Framework and Dimensions

  • Click the +iGrow to open
  • Click Professional Development
  • Click NEXT

Step 6 - Upload Certificates

  • If you have any registration information about the PD, select Choose File and browse to the document to upload. You can upload up to 3 files on this screen.
  • CLICK FINISH to SAVE!

Request is submitted and awaiting approval.

You will be notified by email when the campus principal approves the request.

Making Changes

After you finish the wizard, you have the ability to go back to the request under My Portfolio to add notes, attach additional documents, select credit type and attach goals (if enabled in your district) before submitting the credit for review.


After approval and completion of PD type, you do not have to re-enter it. Reopen the entry and add any certificates that you may have received.
