Edgenuity Courseware from Imagine Learning is a robust asynchronous learning platform used at Summit Learning Charter for our 6th-12th grade students.  Edgenuity allows students to access and complete coursework at their own pace, ensuring a flexible and personalized learning experience. This approach is particularly beneficial for accommodating varied learning styles and schedules, making high-quality education more accessible for all students.

The curriculum is primarily video-based, engaging students with dynamic instructional content that simplifies complex concepts and keeps them motivated throughout their studies. Alongside these videos, the platform integrates a variety of assessment formats—including multiple-choice questions, short-answer responses, quizzes, tests, and performance tasks—that reinforce learning and provide valuable insights into student progress and comprehension.

At Summit Learning Charter, our dedicated teachers actively monitor student progress and performance within Edgenuity, regularly reaching out to students as needed to offer guidance and support. SchoolsPLP is an asynchronous learning platform designed for 6th-12th grade students at Summit, offering a wide range of core and elective classes. The platform is particularly effective for students who are instructionally behind or need extra support with reading and navigating online coursework.  What sets SchoolsPLP apart is its adaptive learning approach.

At Summit, SchoolsPLP classes are offered only as intervention courses based on recommendations from teachers, counselors, or advisors.  Courses are specifically tailored for students needing additional academic support.
