Taste Notes

We attempted to recreate the Hefeweizen used in our Texas Radler but had to make a few changes to the ingredients due to supply issues at the new homebrew shop. Fermented at lower temperature than the first version and lost the banana nose. Overall very good for the style but did not live up to its name.
