Brewer's Notes

Our first lager! Fermented in the fermentation freezer controlled by a Johnson controller at around 58 degrees F.

Taste Notes

Body was a little thin with low head retention. Very clear with good color. Low hop aroma and flavor and noticeably malt forward with lingering sweetness.
