2: Print out
1.Click「step 3 print out & upload authorization letter 」
2.Click Print
3.The print previw windwos, then Click Print.
(Please print as A4 portrait, single-sided printing, 2 sheets should be printed automatically)
▲One for Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, one for National Central Library .
2: Signature and Scan into PDF file.
1.Name and Title must conform to your thesis title page.
※If you want to correct the information on the forms, please correct the corresponding field in the system. DO NOT correct on the form directly.
2.Sign the signature , empty is not allowed.
3:Scan「National Central Library Authorized Agreement for Thesis/Dissertation」into PDF file.
3:Upload authorization letter(PDF)
1.Click「step 3 print out & upload authorization letter 」.
2.Click「Upload authorization letter」
3.Select「National Central Library Authorized Agreement for Thesis/Dissertation」PDF file.
4.Save.
