STUST Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation Print Guide
1: Download and Print Form
1: The Office of Academic Affairs webpage =>「 Degree exam for International Graduate Students」
https://academic.stust.edu.tw/en/node/Students
2: Click=>Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation .
3:Please prepare two original copies of the document,one for submission to the Office of Academic Affairs and the other for the Library.
2: Signature
1: Name and Title must conform to your thesis title page.
2: Required.
3: Delayed Until date must conform to thesis system.
4: Sign the signature , empty is not allowed.
5: Please keep the Library Seal blank; it will be applied when the thesis is submitted.
3: Evidence Material
The application will not be acceptable if evidence material is not attached.
4: Scan and into a zip file.
Scan 「STUST Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation」and all evidence material into a zip file.
5: Upload Zip file.
1: Click「step2 Upload」.
2: Click「 Click here if applying for embargo of thesis/dissertation」.
3: Select your zip file and input open access date.
4: Click Upload
6: Hard copies submit to The Office of Academic Affairs and Library.
7:Return to Workflow for Thesis/Dissertation
