As a student trainer, tracking your hours is essential for meeting program requirements, building your resume, and staying organized. We use Timecounts, a secure and easy-to-use platform, to log all student trainer hours.

How do I join TimeCounts?
Go to TimeCounts and create an account using your school email.
Search for Wakefield Sports Medicine and request to join the Student Athletic Trainers team.
Once you get approved, you’ll gain access to your dashboard, where you can log hours and view upcoming shifts.
How do I log my hours?
Click Log Hours from your dashboard
Select the correct event or shift (ex, “Varsity Football Game – Oct 30”)
Enter your start and end time
Add a short description of your duties (ex, “Pre-game taping, hydration support, post-game recovery”)
Click Submit for approval
Reminder: Log your hours within 48 hours of completing a shift.
