Why is Madagascar Important

We humans should help save Madagascar. “We should help because 93% of all the forests in Madagascar have been sent on fire to grow crops.” (https://video.nationalgeographic.com/video/00000144-0a3f-d3cb-a96c-7b3fb9fb0000)Only “7% of Madagascar original land has been present right now.”(https:/video.nationalgeographic.com/video/00000144-0a3f-d3cb-a96c-7b3fb9fb0000) Another reason is that “climate change impacts also threaten the wellbeing of both the country’s biodiversity and its people.” ( https://www.usaid.gov/madagascar/environment)

What is heartbreaking is that “kids and adults are dying without water.”(https://www.dw.com/en/improving-access-to-clean-water-in-madagascar/av-46125425 ) “Despite increased efforts to tackle the surge in poaching, nearly 110,000 elephants have been killed in the last 10 years!” ( https://support.worldwildlife.org/site/Advocacy?cmd=display&page=UserAction&id=664)90% of Madagascar’s 110 species of lemurs face extinction. These animals are found nowhere else but in the Madagascar. These are reasons why you should help save the Madagascar.
