Why are they disappearing?

What makes the Amazon so special is that people go there to do research and many animals live there. The Amazon is threatened because despite its mighty splendor, the Amazon’s forest and freshwater systems are fragile and at risk, because of pollution. Also building roads in the rainforest takes out many trees. The humans that invade their environment make it hard for the animals to stay. “On The website Amazon it says, many dams are being made so again the animals have to move out.” Plus, it divides some of the rivers, breaking the animal chain and preventing animals from going from one side of the dam to the other side. Some people also try to find gold, but when they do that it can make a huge oil leak that spreads oil onto the land and into the water. This makes me feel super angry because the innocent animals might not be able to do their part. Suppose, a salmon goes to lay eggs in the deeper parts of the ocean, but there is a dam which blocks its way. See what I mean? The innocent animals might die or have to move because of us humans. If we stop this human activity then the animals would be roaming free. This would make me happy because could finally have their freedom.
