As I delved into the contents of this paper, I found myself increasingly drawn to the prospect of imparting knowledge in the field of literacy. The knowledge I acquired provided me with the tools to enhance students' literacy skills and effectively integrate this knowledge to assist and steer students toward their literacy objectives. My studies, regular conversations with my mentor teacher about the literacy subject, and observations of my classroom teacher while she teaches literacy also helped me add more knowledge to my teaching style. To achieve my teaching objectives, I have devised a goal to incorporate various strategies for oral language development, reading comprehension, and writing skills within my primary instructional setting. This goal will be complemented by my support for a whole-class instructional approach and the integration of these strategies into my smaller group lessons.
During my above writing lesson, I sought the guidance of my mentor teacher, asking her to observe my teaching. Following the observation, she took the time to provide me with a comprehensive feedback letter. Her feedback was invaluable as it allowed me to gain insight into my teaching methods and pinpoint areas that required improvement.

We meticulously gathered a wealth of facts and statistics, which we compiled in a shared Word document. This collaborative approach allowed us to pool our knowledge and create a more comprehensive understanding of the issue. To facilitate our discussions, we communicated effectively using Messenger. This platform enabled us to coordinate our efforts, schedule important Zoom meetings, and ensure everyone was on the same page regarding our progress. It was encouraging to see everyone actively participate in these discussions, sharing ideas and insights that contributed to our overall understanding of the topic. The collaborative nature of this assignment was delightful and enriching. Engaging in group projects like this one is invaluable for our professional development as trainee teachers.
