Inactivate Categories


A great feature of PowerTeacher Pro is the ability to inactivate categories that are no longer used. Say, “Adios!” to the days of placing an X in front of categories that appear out of nowhere!

To inactivate a Category: (Do this for all categories you don’t plan to use)

  1. From Grading>Categories, Click the Pencil (Edit) icon beside the category you need to deactivate.
  2. Click the Inactive radio button
  3. Save and Repeat if necessary.
