Iran--Theocracy
Your religious law states you MUST have a marshmallow as the highest point on your tower and the religious leader must approve your overall architectural concept.
Israel--Republic
You MUST have majority rule for each decision you make. To ensure this, you must vote to complete EACH step of your tower.
Saudi Arabia--Monarchy
Every decision gets final say from king/queen. If the king/queen does not like what you are doing, you can be banned from participating.
Syria--Oligarchy
All decisions must be approved by the oligarchs. If they don’t agree, you can’t complete the steps.
