Finalize Both

DIVIDE INTO ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISIONS

Step 1:  Using dotted lines, divide up your country into at least 5 administrative divisions.  YOU CAN DO MORE IF YOU WANT.  They all need to be named. 

Step 2:  Lightly shade in each administrative division with a different color.  NAME THEM ALL

ADD YOUR MAJOR CITIES

Step 1:  Place 15 cities on your Political map.  You need to have a capital city for each administrative division above.  

Also, choose an overall capital city for your country.

ALL 15 CITIES MUST BE NAMED

Country Capital - Star with circle around it

Administrative Division Capital - Star

Every other major city - Dot
