Use of Sunlight/Water

One of the best features of our idea is the nature part. With our aesthetically pleasing views and scenery of the beautiful campus of SM and Mt. Burdell, unfortunately the weather is not always perfect even in Califoria. Therefore, we have our Gazebo to shade from the sun and rain so kids have a reliable option to chill at on campus.

Human Use Patterns

Our idea is made for people. This is shown in the presentation, one of the best features about the gazebo and recreational area is for people to socially interact and have a safe place from everything in the world, physically, mentally, and spiritually. We give a place for people to do their work, go on a short nature walk, and a place, as mentioned previously, to talk with others and socialize.

Reflection

Two things I feel I did well on this project were being ready and looking for work and being a good teammate. In previous projects these have both been somewhat of a regular problem. I said to myself I am going to try my best to fix this and improve. I feel I did on this project, as I asked my group members for work and also had a positive, can-do attitude!

Two things I feel I did not do well were trying to persevere and sometimes not being on task. I often would look for work and try to do it on my own at first, but after I would hit a single road bump or obstacle, I would ask my groupmates for help and not try to do it my own. The other thing I did not do well on was staying on task at times. Sometimes I would go talk to friends in other groups because I would get bored and want to do something else.

Overall, I feel I did a decent job on this project. My groupmates Olivia and Alisa were spectacular and were a joy to have in my group. We also feel we did a great job presenting and feel our pitch was one of the best based on our product and information conveyed to the class and judges.
