Process Of Work
We had approximately one week of work to get our presentation done. During the first couple of days, my team and I collected evidence and research on the world problem of Global Warming. Some of the sites I used to collect my data were climate.gov and epa.gov. After that, we started to plan out how we would try and attempt to solve this world problem. We came up with installing renewable energy sources throughout our cities with the hope that we could influence other states and cities to do the same.
The renewable energy sources that we used were hydropower and solar panels. We placed three small hydropower machines throughout Novato Creek that would power 25-50 houses each. We placed Solar panels in three different locations through Novato for about $8,000,0000, and they produce plenty of electricity for the city. After we mapped out where we would put everything we then decided to put together our slide show. Our slide show was made over two days with a total of sixteen slides.

Engineering Design Cycle-
During our process of solving this world problem, we used these steps to complete our project. First, we figured out our problem. After that, for step two we did our research like what are the causes of this problem and what are the effects. After that, we started the Imagine step where we identified possible solutions for our problem and imagined how we could solve it. For the next step, we planned out how we would implement our solution going forward and how we could incorporate it inside our city. After we planned out everything we then created a slideshow and marked on a map where renewable energy sources we being built. After that, we then tested if these would work by using research and statistics from sources. Lastly, we improved by taking away wind turbines because solar and hydropower produced enough electricity already.

This is one of the multiple graphs that we used to gather research for our project. This represents how over the years there has been an increase in greenhouse gasses that keep going up. This is because there has been an increased amount of industrial companies. This happened since there has been an increased amount of industrial companies. The greenhouse gas index is a measure of the capacity of Earth's atmosphere to trap heat as a result of the presence of long-lived greenhouse gases.
Reflection
During the process of creating a solution for a world problem, I developed skills and learned many different things about the world and how humans release a lot of greenhouse gasses that destroy the atmosphere. During this project, I think that one thing I did well was cultural competence this was because one of my classmates produced an idea that we could implement into our work so I used his idea and his belief of what could work instead of mine. I also think I did very well with critical thinking because whenever I came up with something I made sure to use the engineering design cycle to interpret if my work would be accurate. Two things I may need to work on our character and collaboration. First off I think my character towards other people could have been improved and I could have presented myself better. Lastly, regarding collaboration, I didn't communicate with my team that much to make progress.
