My dedication to professional growth is driven by a passion for delivering high-quality fire training and inspiring the next generation of firefighters. I actively create opportunities to introduce middle school students to the field of emergency medicine, fostering early interest and establishing a seamless pathway into high school and our (FPFA) programs.

By strengthening articulation agreements with colleges and streamlining transitions to higher education, I ensure students have clear, structured pathways for continued training and career advancement. Through mentorship, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to student success, I strive to develop skilled, knowledgeable, and well-prepared firefighting professionals. My goal is to equip future firefighters with the expertise and hands-on experience necessary to excel in this critical and demanding field.
