Liza grew up in a small town in Ukraine, where she lived with her brother and parents.
She describes herself as a more introverted person, and she liked to study. At her University in her hometown, she studied languages, focusing on English and German, aspiring to be a English or German school teacher.
She also describes that she used to travel with her family a lot as a child and that made her love exploring.Â
She credits this frequent travelling early in her life with making her want to move abroad.
