Two & Four-year Colleges
In Wisconsin, there is a two-year college system. These colleges offer classes in basic academic subjects (English, foreign language, communication, math, science, social science, and the arts) that lead to Associate degrees. After a person graduates from a two-year college, he or she may want to continue study at a college or university or get a job using what they have learned.
The typical 4-year college program offers two types of bachelor's degrees: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.). There are many public and private universities in Wisconsin.
