Crescendo means to rise to the peak, the highest possible point. We propose Crescendo as the Orientation 2023 Theme as it illustrates the transition from Secondary education to Tertiary education, in which the new freshmen climb the mountain all the way to the peak and reach their highest potential. The mountain signifies the journey the new freshmen will undergo to reach their maximum potential. 

Scale and crescendo are both musical terms being used. By scaling every mountain, which represents the challenges faced in their journey in junior college, they will be able to reach their peak potential.
