Sampling

Here, we'll provide details about the sample size (i.e., the number of study participants or data points) and the sampling method used to collect the data. This could include information about random sampling, stratified sampling, or other sampling techniques employed in the study.

Convenience Sampling

Convenience sampling with a sample size of 30 people from each neighbourhood. We can show QR code to the first 30 potential respondents whom we come across on the street.

We choose convenience sampling because of limited amount of time to conduct the data collecting.

Simple Random Sampling

Simple random sampling with sample size of 3 poeple from each neighbourhood. We can use a random number generator to pick 3 random people to draw a mental map of the safety of the place.

We can also use a random number generator to choose 30 random people from each neighbourhood to give out the survey. For example, if it shows '2', we will choose the 2nd person that passes us.

By using this method, it will reduce the biasness that might affect the overall investigation.
